Two of our friends came round and we had a sensationally good curry and a few beers. We excoriated Martin Amis (at whose vapid lecture one of our friends had spent the earlier part of the evening) and engaged in some Premiership book criticism. Not to mention a lively debate over which of the Williams sisters is the more attractive.
